Wrong appearing of win panel

Hi, I am having trouble with wrong appearing of window start panel in coherence mode. When I get to Coherence mode I see the panel right above the Mac OS dock. I can even use the "Start" button on the wrong panel as well as the dock placed "Start".

There is no functional problem, it is just annoying. I reinstalled the VM twice and it alway gets screwed this way after a while...

Can anyone help?
