Wrong Pen Tilt via Windows Ink

I'd like to report two issues with pen tilt reading on Parallels Desktop 16 for Mac: 1. Y-tilt is up-side-down. 2. Tilt reading is reported during hovering but not when pen is touching the surface. Videos showing the issue and test system specs are here:

In the above like, you can see a comparison with native Windows 10 showing that it's likely Parallels Desktop 16 doing it wrong. I hope Parallels can take a look at the issues. If confirmed to be bugs of Parallels Desktop, please fix them. Thank you for your attention!
