Hello, I am getting an error of "Wrong Support Code" while trying to create a support ticket. I have no idea why it's not working because I just went to my account and copied exactly what I saw there. Any ideas? I need to contact support asap but I've been trying to figure this out for hours. I wish the process was easier to contact support for a product I paid for.
Hello @MatthewH3 The email support has expired on August 25, 2016 for Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac and that's the reason you're unable to create a ticket. Please check for more information.
hi, im trying to open a support ticket and have the same problem of wrong support code although its the code from my account (36595-52507). this is just the begining cause my big problem is apdating parallels tools that can not be completed for a long time after trying to do every thing i can do according to your suport articles, including reinstaling and other actions. i need help. the problem is a continuing one for couple of months already, tried to solve it by my self and nothing i did helped. and now, i'm blocked of opening a support ticket?!. unbelivble. thank you in advance for your help.
Hello @bebe , The email support for Parallels Desktop 10 is stopped on August 25, 2016 and that's the reason you're unable to open a support ticket. Did you try this solution? If the installation fails again, let us know at where it fails(percentage). If possible, please share few screenshots to us.
Y You can also try this solution if the above solution doesn't work. Note: Remove antivirus software before installing Parallels Tools as it might conflict.
