Wrong window restores

When running in Coherence mode, whenever I launch a new application in my XP VM, Parallels restores the window of the last active application.

It's not a major issue, just irritating! Does anyone know if there's a way to prevent this?

Parallels 4.0.3540
XP Pro SP2 running from Boot Camp partition
Mac OS 10.5.6

The new build appears to have resolved this issue, though I don't see it specifically listed in the list of changes.
