I've never been prompted for a password in over 2 years in using Parallels. And now after doing an upgraded (which I plan on never doing again), I'm prompted for a Parallels passwords before I can start the guest. How in the F**K do you expect someone to remember this? After getting over after being extremely pissed off, I was able to figure out the email and password that I don't think I ever used in the last 2 years. Then I get to deal with a support mechanism that is as friendly as a brick wall and with my only recourse is to fire off some flame message in a public forum. On the bright side, I do like the Parallels product, my fear is though is that you someone screwing it up now. Pissing off your customers leads to no customers.
