XP can't drag and drop like Windows7

    I have both XP and Windows7 installed through Parallals (latest version) on my Mac. With Windows 7, it sort of shares the desktop with my Mac OS and I can drag and drop files easily and even get files from the Mac while in Windows 7. In XP, I can't seem to do the same. Have I disabled the feature somehow or is it not supported in XP?
