R raheel Bit poster Feb 9, 2007 #1 XP on my Macbook Pro starts booting up and right when it should show me my Windows desktop wallpaper it goes black and totally unresponsive. Restarting doesn't help either. And it was running fine for the last couple of months... Any ideas? Thanks!

B bluloo Member Feb 12, 2007 #2 Boot Windows into safe mode and uninstall the parallels tools. Reboot the VM and reinstall them.
