XP doesn't see second HD under parallels

Hi all,

I have a mac pro with 4 hd's, 2 for OSX and 2 for XP (formatted under ntfs) and bootcamp installed.
When I boot into XP (natively) everything works like a charm but when I boor XP under parallels XP doesn't recognize the second HD anymore.
What am I doing wrong ?
