XP VM cannot be stopped

Hi all,

Somehow my XP VM got stuck in some sort of intermediate state such that when I select the "Virtual Machine" menu item, the only option enabled is "Suspend" and it's already selected. Any suggestions regarding how I might shut down or otherwise re-enable this machine?
