XP3 - Can you use it with Move to Mac Edition?

Hi, does anyone know if you can use the Parallels Desktop Move to Mac Edition with Windows XP Professional SP3? On the reqs page it says SP2 so I want to be sure SP3 is supported.

Also, do you need the original install OS disk when migrating using the Move to Mac cable and transported software?
