I am new to Parallels and I am having problems with my keyboard. It worked for about 3 hours, now it does not work.
I installed Parallels version 10.1 with Windows 7 SP1. I installed all of the windows updates, then chrome, then avast anti-virus, then Microsoft Office 365 (2013). My keyboard was working all the way until Office finished installing. Now that office has finished installing the keyboard does not work at all, it also seems like Yosemite is running slow.
I have already tried selecting the option to "Optimize for games" for the keyboard and mouse in the settings. It is also worth noting that I am running file vault in Yosemite. I have also attempted to grant universal access to Parallels - but the problem persists.
Any advice would be much appreciated! Thanks!
