You need to tell people to un-install old Parallels iPad app.

Parallels needs to make clear that the Access app is a different app than the old iPad app. To use Access to get to mac you have to have the new app installed. You can tell the difference by the iPad icons. The old one is just the two red lines like the logo for Parallels. The new one is a flashy cloud and house icon.

This is not correct. I have both installed on my iPad 3 and they both work perfectly. In fact I am glad they did because I ran some tests and needed them to.
