I recently bought a new Mac and wanted to move Parallels 10 from the old Mac to the newer. I followed instructions on http://kb.parallels.com/en/122653 but after deleting the Parallels application from the old mac, I'm still asked to buy another license on the new one. I'm a Parallels user from version 5 and this is the first time I encouter this problem.

Hello Sylvester,
i have parallels, I tried to move it on my new MAC BOOK PRO. I have singed out from my Macbook Air but now i am not able to install here in MAC BOOK PRO. i get different different error all the time. i tried by image file and even by cd i have. Now even when i enter product keys it says this is already registered.
sometime it says vitual machine not yet installed..
Now can you guid me step by step
First remove all the files of Parallels if there is any and then start a fresh installation. I wanted to get it done as soon as i can..Please help me out here !!
