Your Product Activation Key Reached Its Activation Limit

    after reinstalling os and backed up the data, parallels is refusing to authenticate. please reset my authentication limit.

    Using the email address linked to the forum, we have deactivated your key from the previous machine in use and reset your activation limit.
    You can now activate your Parallels Desktop on your Machine :)

    Hi, I've just installed Parallels on my new iMac and I've received the Activation Limit warning - I have uninstalled Parallels on my old computer, could you reset?
