Everything appeared to be working fine the past couple weeks until I updated Parallels yesterday? Now NONE of my application Menubars display categories (text) in any app? It is a cosmetic issue as the menu items are still there and I can guess by clicking on different menubar positions and dropdown menus appear, but I am flying blind.

Version 26.1.2 (57293) and Version 20.2.2 (55879) and others.

Problem:
Parallels 26.1.2 with macOS Guest with network configured to "Source: Disconnected" is NOT disconnected from network.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Start up a VM of macOS 13, 14 or 15 with Network Source selected as "Shared Network (Recommended)".
2. Confirm network connectivity by pinging the IP address 8.8.8.8. Also note that "ipconfig en0" shows...

This VM worked 3 weeks ago. Nothing has changed afaik. I have a current subscription renewing 07/26 which according to KB article posted 4/30/24 says I should be eligible for phoone, chat or email support....

Clearly macOS in the VM is not detecting a fingerprint sensor because the Setting which is normally "Touch ID & Password" is shown as "Login Password"
