Shared Networking stopped working under XP

Hello,

I'm running Windows XP SP2 as a guest OS under Mac OS 10.5.4. Parallels is Build 5608. I am using Sophos anti-virus on the guest OS.

Shared Networking stopped working today. Could anyone please suggest how to get it connected again? Thank you very much in advance.

I've tried your suggested Terminal command and restarted my guest OS, but shared networking in Windows XP is still down. Do I need to reboot Leopard too?
 
Try following:
1, Unplug USB wireless modem , restart Mac OS, and perform command above,
2, If you do not have wireless modem check that DHCP is enable in Parallels Desktop preferences Network
3,Delete all location except Automatic, perform command above

Hello. Without trying the three steps you mentioned above, my shared connection started working once again. Perhaps it was due to the Mac OS restart. Thank you again for your help John.
