Ok.. strange.. Please try again these three pings and attach here the screenshot with output of ipconfig /all

Please try also the ping www.google.com from the MacOSX side and ping of your VM (10.37.131.x - this is the IP that is reported by ipconfig /all)

Also, please send one more problem report and post here the number of report..

It's strange... the MAC address is left the same as before.. 00:23:12:56:b8:c4
May be configuration was not saved after regenerate?

I want to say ipconfig /all in your attached screenshot have shown the IP 10.211.55.4, so ping 10.211.55.4,
but this is not the issue until we managed to make the MAC to be valid

mmm.. Do we need more ideas? According to logs it is a conflict of MAC addresses..

I mean that in the logs in the report 12867 MAC address of the VM Network adapter left the same as before - 00:23:12:56:b8:c4, though it should start with 00:1c:42
