Windows must be re-activated in 3 days?

I just did the upgrade to Parallels 4.0 but I have a major concern. All of a sudden whenever I launch Parallels Windows gives me a warning that I must re-activate my version of Windows as a result of the upgrade. The problem is I don't have my copy of Windows anymore. What do I do?

I run into the same problem. I used an option to re-activate windows via telephone. The computer generates code that you give to representative and they give you code to activate. I explained to representative why was the reason for second activation (installed Parallels). I had no problem to get the code and re-activate windows. Now it is OK.
