Hi, after using this morning XP, I suspended it, and then closed Parallels.

This afternoon I tried to start Parallels, but just after start, the "wait circle" icon appears. When I click the XP VM, the screen remains black and there's no way to reset, CTRL + ALT + CANC or what else.

What can I do to reset this VM that seems suspended but won't start anymore?

Thanks in advance and sorry for my rusty english.

Restart Mac OS, navigate to Virtual Machine folder (v3) or right click on pvm file - Show package contents and delete .sav and.mem files
    Try to start again

I have the same problem as the original poster, but cannot find the Virtual Machine folder (v3) to delete the virtual machine. Is this hidden somewhere on the MAC OS?

Yes, it may be inside pvm bundle

So is this the same process for version 4?
