PLEASE SOMEONE HELP! How do i download Parallels Tool?

this is extremely frustrating, when out of the blue my mouse on windows isnt synched with my mac, and from what i read the way easiest way to fix it is to uninstall/reinstall parallels tools.

so i had parallels tool reomved.

now that i went to reinstall it, low and behold i cant find it.

only thing i see remotely close is parallels image tool.

can someone please help.

Depends on version of Parallels Desktop:

Version 3.0: Parallels Desktop Menu- > Actions -> Install Parallels Tools

Version 4.0 -> Parallels Desktop Menu-> Virtual Machine -> Install Parallels Tools


In version 4.0 yo may also try -> Parallels Desktop Menu-> Devices -> connect image -> Macintosh HD -> Library -> Parallels -> Tools -> prl-tools-win.iso
Note VM should be in running stage

thank for the reply but i dont see " actions " thats one of the problems.

i did a search and nothing came up.

any other ideas?
