PDS 5 - 32-Bit vs. 64-Bit in Snow Leopard

I noticed that Parallels Desktop 5 opens up as a 32-bit application in Snow Leopard (both the controller app and the actual virtual machine). Are there any plans to allow all 64-bit Macs to run it as a 64-bit app (not just those that boot into a 64-bit kernel)?

Yep, we have such plans (sorry, no estimations), but actually it should not give any advantages

Thanks. Perhaps as a clarification, if I'm running a 64-bit version of Windows in Parallels, it will have full 64-bit access to the memory I allocate to it (e.g. if I give it 4GB in a Mac Pro it will be able to access all 4GB and not be limited to 3.25GB like the 32-bit version are)?

Yes, it will be able and it will not be limited.
