Unable to connect to the local network...

I have just installed a WinXP on the new Mac mini at my workplace, but I can't connect to the local network to work on my files...
XP is installed with Bootcamp, but I couldn't menage to install ethernet drivers and to make any kind of network connection...
What should I do?

Please try to install Parallels Tools (there should be a message in the status-bar of Parallels Desktop)

And after installing Tools you may try use Bridged networking instead of Shared (it can be configured in the configuration of VM)
