Kernel Crash - is it caused by Parallels

Hi - I am running snow leopard and since upgrading I am getting random kernel crashes. Note - I am not running parallels during the crash, yet it always appears at the top of the list of processes - no idea if this is a coincidence. Looking for any advice

No, it is likely not a Parallels Desktop caused crash (it doesn't affect the system very much when the VM is stopped). The Parallels modules are at the top of the list because they were loaded last through all other modules.
