    Hello,

With my current job I work from home with a PC and I connect to my company via a Cisco "anyconnect" VPN client.

I am about to buy an imac.

I want to know first if my VPN client will work with parallels.

Second and more importantly will all the Internet traffic go through this VPN or can I keep two distinct flows of traffic? One for work with my PC- based applications (outlook). One for leisure

Thanks a lot for your help on this.

    Guillaume

    Hi,

Yes, it will for Cisco installed inside Windows and it will also if CiscoVPN Client is installed in Mac OS (although in the case of MacOS the current build 9310 has an issue with VPN - some clients have problems with DNS. It will be fixed in the nearest update)

It will be definitely so if VPN is running inside Windows-VM, but I don't have an answer for the case of CiscoVPN running on Mac OS. I think that it will do also, but I'm not sure.
