How to add Application(Joomla) to PLESK 10.3

Hi,
I am new at PLESK and I need to install joomla 1.5 on plesk 10.3.After hours of web browsing I find out that I can simply install Joomla using the plesk built-in apps but when I navigate into the Application windows in my control panel the page is empty! and there is not any apps listed there!
Can you please let me know why the page is empty?How can I add apps like Joomla 1.5 there?

I really appreciate your time if you kndly let me know how to fix this.

Seriously!? No body has no idea how to add Joomla to plesk?!?!?!?
