Parallels Desktop > Preferences > USB : Make sure it's not set to "Connect it to Mac" (not the default)

"there is no host controller on xp peripherals"

Yes, I don't understand what that means.
I can give it a try at mind reading! Do you mean that you are trying to connect something (which you don't specify), via USB, and there are no drivers for it in XP? Well, if there really are no drivers for that peripheral, not in XP, not in the manufacturer's site, or elsewhere on the web then you can't use it on XP.

no, I have drivers. my usb-serial key have xp drivers BUT

in computer peripherals there is not USB controller universal intel etc
if there is not controller with open usb ports is normal that VM machine don't read my usb peripherals.
I have other windows VM and in those there is controller and open usb ports.

in this XP machine there is not controller registered as peripherals.

    do you understand now?

You have to agree your proficiency with English is limited, and as such it's not my fault I don't understand what you said before. When you said pc/xp peripherals before, you were apparently referring to 'Device Manager'.

Anyway, the only suggestion I have is to use the "Add Hardware" (the equivalent in your language) button in Control Panel and let it scan for PnP devices, luckily it will find the "USB host". I don't know what happened to that VM, seems like someone disabled/removed those items from the device manager.

Not from me. Maybe reinstall XP or create a new VM. That's all.
