Cannot update to PD 9.0.23136.932290

When trying to update PD 9.0 to latest version I am stuck with a revolving wheel of Parallel Desktop. I trying uninstalling and clean re-install I get an error message that PD-9.0.2 Operation timed out. I have enclosed snapshots of the error messages. I am having no luck installing Parallels Desktop. What needs done?
