I use Parallels. Love it. The only issue I have with it is PowerPoint. If I am on a separate Windows machine, the presentation looks great. If I switch to a Mac and open via Parallels Powerpoint in Windows 7, the presentation looks terrible. Meaning, the fonts are different size, the formatting didn't hold, etc. If I make the changes on Parallels to look good, then it looks terrible in Windows 7 on a separate machine. Is there anything I can do to fix?
Good news : I found a solution, on parallels: on Virtual machine / Configuration / Hardware / Video Chose more space instead of Retina Don't launch on coherence mode, and in windows, right click to screen setup. Customize the zoom % to 200% and check PPP option Here it is, allow coherence mode and launch Power Point, it will perfectly work! cheers, Antoine
Didn't quite do the trick for me. But, I never did find the PPP option. To be clear, you right clicked on the desktop, chose screen resolution, when into the DPI text settings, changed to 200%, checked PPP and rebooted?
