Not able to get trial activation key for parallels 9

    Hi,
    I'm also facing the same issue. I'm not able to proceed forward on Request Trial Windows. My email field is non editable and it is showing correct email address but when I press Get trial button, it is showing a red mark against my email id and not letting me go forward.
    I need to gave a trial for this product before I could go buy it. I'm running Marverick on macBook pro

    Please send me the trial key as private message.
    Would appreciate quick response.

    Hi All,

    Please make sure you follow the steps from article http://kb.parallels.com/116845.

    Please note that no key is to be sent to your email address, the copy should be activated after you log in to your account as advised in the article.

    If you are still unable to get the trial version of Parallels Desktop activated, please perform the steps given below :

    1. Generate a Problem Report ID and send us in private message. ( http://kb.parallels.com/9058 )

    2. If you have an e-mail address, try to request trial key using another e-mail (you can try your personal, if you feel OK with it.)

    3. If it still shows a red exclamation mark with another e-mail address – collect second Problem Report ID please. ( As suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/9058 ) and send that ID in private message as well

    4. We will Provide you with trial license to activate Parallels Desktop.

    Hi there I am having the same issue. While trying to get the trial version a red exclamation point comes up next to my email and won't let me proceed, please help!

    Please generate a Problem Report ID as suggested at : http://kb.parallels.com/9058 and send us the report ID so that we could provide you

    the trial key to activate trial version of Parallels Desktop 9 for Mac.

    Parallels desktop 9 trial activation key

    i received my activation email without the key, the system activated the trial option so i wasn't forced to enter any desktop 9 trail activation key. however when trying to install office I'm being asked for the trial key and I'm getting really frustrated. help pose

    Hello zodidiN,

    Since you are using a trial version of Parallels Desktop, it might indicate you with the pop showing the number of days left when you open Parallels Desktop.

    Simply click on the option : Later and continue using the Virtual Machine and it should work for you.
