OSX Yosemite 10.10 - wont launch

Upgraded to Beta preview 10.10.. Parallels will not even launch. Get error 15381 which points to verifying disk permissions.. still no dice. Even tried the advanced steps and re-installing.. app wont launch..

ideas?

Side question... is there a way to import a Parallels VM of lets say Win server 08 to an actual physical box? Instead or replicating all steps to load and configure, I would love to copy the VM to a physical machine.

I get the same error on both iMac & MacBook Pro - Looks like the latest Yosemite beta breaks something

I find it funny, immediately after sending in my logs and talking with tech support the following article is created...

Even funnier is that I have just received an email from Parallels saying that Parallels Desktop10 is now available. I downloaded a trial and guess what? it works.

Phew.. luckily I purchased a week ago.. was pretty frustrated at first.. Now apparently I just have to wait for an email to be sent to me..
