I have a fresh installation of Parallels 10 with a Windows 8.1 VM. Whenever I click out of the VM into MacOS, the VM seems to suspend about 30 seconds later. It darkens and gives me a "Click to resume". I've found one thread where this was solved in the power settings of the VM, but mine is on the default Parallels setting to "Never" sleep. Can anyone tell me where I can turn off this setting so the VM doesn't constantly hibernate?
Looks like the proper terminology is that it "Pauses". So is there an auto-pause-on-lost-focus "feature"? And it doesn't even seem to last 30 seconds - if I take focus out of the VM and into MacOS, then it pauses itself maybe 10 seconds later.
Found it. Maybe this thread will help future generations... Seems like a slightly annoying feature to have turned on by default.
