PD 10 works for admin (installer) account but not user account

    Parallels Desktop 10 runs for the administrator account used to install it but fails with a declared problem id 15431 when the use account ties to use it.
    Per 15431:
    - the keychain access certificate OSCP/CRL are sett to 'best attempt' no chnage needed
    - "/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.parallels.desktop.launchdaemon.plist" does not exists
    - trashed the Parallels application folder
    - disk utility has nothing to fix
    - reinstalled Parallels Desktop

    Have performed the 'reinstall' approach two times just in case the Parallels installer experiences a sporadic bug it does not try to catch, clearly a Hail Mary approach and not a solid path to problem resolution.
    There appears to be a Parallels specific permission problem that is not being identified by Parallels. Anyone seend and fixed this?
