Parallels 11 Broke My Windows VMs!

After upgrading to Parallels 11, I can no longer boot my windows 7 vm. I get:

McAfee Endpoint Encryption
Fatal Error: [0xEE020006] getting disk info.

HELP!!!!! This is my work machine!

Hi, did you add the VM hard drive to the new installed VM. If not please perform the steps from this KB
