Data Migration from old Mac to new Mac (Yosemite OX) Parallels Desktop error

I just purchased a new new Mac and have migrated all my old data to the new Mac running Yosemite. When I try to launch Parallels Desktop 10, I receive the following error:
Unable to connect Hard Disk 0
A file or device required for the operation of Hard Disk 0 does not exist or is used by another process, or you have no permission to access it. The virtual machine will continue running, but the device will be disconnected.

I have checked and the .pvm file transferred in the my Documents folder. I also went into Setting - Hardware - Hard Disk 1 and tried changing the Locations from IDE 0:0, IDE 0:1, IDE 1:0, IDE 1:1.
Please help!!

Hello MichaelR5,
Please go through the steps mentioned in this Knowledge based article http://kb.parallels.com/112140 and check if you get any I/O errors.
In case if the 'console' output displays I/O errors then it means that your Virtual Machine is located on corrupted sectors of Macintosh HD and Mac OS X kernel cannot read its data from the drive.
Please try out the steps mentioned in the resolution of this KB to check if it helps.

These articles do not correct the problem. This is a brand new Mac so the chances of a corrupt sector is slim. Is there a way we can speak on the phone or setup a remote session? I need this resolved asap since I use this program for my work. Thanks.

I was able to copy the *.pvm file off my old Mac to my new 5k Retina Mac and it launched and worked!!! Now I just need help with the resolution so when I increase the window screen size the icons don't shrink so small. I was able to adjust a few things but I would like them larger. Will ver 11 resolve this issue?
