Migrating programs from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10

    Is there any way of migrating at program in Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 using Parallels 11 for Desktop?

    You may upgrade from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 using Parallels Desktop (Actions -> Upgrade to Windows 10)

    Already have Parallels 11.0 installed. Trying to migrate PaintShop Pro from 8.1 to 10. Is it possible?
