Failed to download Parallels Desktop 10 from site

Hi there, I've just bought the Parallels Desktop 10 and finished activating the production key,
how ever I've tried to download this version on the site and totally fails for me to do so.
(I can only download 3MB and then it drops)

thank you for the tip and I've tried them all. However I just received another email about providing an promotion code to upgrade to 11, so 11 works fine, thanks again for the help
