Excel is Not Left/Right Scrolling with Parallels 11

I had a really annoying issue with PD10 when sometimes Excel scrolling would "decide" not to scroll left/right. This had gone away when I upgraded to PD11. However I am not finding that I can scroll left/right with the trackpad until I set a column "freeze" point in Excel. I can scroll through the columns to the right of the column freeze by moving the scroll bar, but unable to scroll using 2-fingers left/right on the trackpad.

Anyone got any suggestions?

ok, in this case could you provide us with the step-by step instructions in order to reproduce the issue on our side.
Also please provide us with the problem report. You cam generate it using this KB
Please reply us back with the 8-digit report number.
