Im on version 9. I'd like to keep using parallels, but the licensing changes prevent me from using version 11. Is it possible for me to purchase an upgrade from 9 to 10, instead of 11?
Sure, you can purchase the 10 version of Parallels Desktop. But unfortunately after the release of Parallels Desktop 11 we stop sell the previous versions. So now you can find the 10 version on our official resellers websites, amazon.com, for example.
