I've bought recently a copy of Parallels for Mac 10. Now I've got a subscription to 11, but the server is rejecting my license as I have not registered the license for 10 on my account, so looks like I cannot use the product I've bought. What to do? I've tried to register my Parallels for Mac 10 license to my account, but I could not. What can I do to use my Parallels for Mac 11?
Hi DragosV, Please try logging into Parallels account, click here to login. Go to Parallels Desktop Licenses >> Add the activation key for Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac and then add the Parallels Desktop 11 activation key. Then launch Parallels Desktop application and sign in to your account, it will ask you to enter the Parallels Desktop 11 activation key again, please enter and activate. Hope this process works.
This is the message I get when trying to register my copy of Parallels 10 that I've purchased on 5 August 2015 The key you entered is not a valid key. Please make sure you have a valid key and try again or contact Parallels Support Team for assistance. Then I receive an email on my address: You or somebody else had tried to register key for Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac. This key is already registered. Registration details: Product: Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac Key: <My Key> Sincerely, The Parallels Team So I am stuck at this moment.
Also when dealing with licensing issues is there another way than forums to get support without paying extra money?
My bad, looks like I've registered the version 10 on a different email address. So after login into the one that I've registered I was able to register the version 11 on my account.
