Coherence not working after update to El Capitan

After updating the host OS on a 13" MBP to El Capitan, Coherence on Parallels 11 with Windows 10 guest OS no longer works. I just get black application windows. Also, the shortcuts in the Windows application folder in the dock are no longer recognized

Hi did you reinstall Parallels Tools after upgrade?
 
Thanks, that fixed the Coherence display, but did not fix the broken shortcuts in the the Windows application folder
 
Can you just fix this please rather than providing complex workarounds? Clearly after upgrading to El Capitan the dock folder icons no longer work. This is a Parallels issue. Let us know when it is fixed. Thanks.

Hi, we suggest to reinstall Parallels Tools after every upgrade. Did you try it?
