Unable to activate new software

Hi,
I updated to PD 11/windows 10 (MBPro with Yosemite, then El Capitan).
Impossible to get the pop up window and enter my passwords to activate Cybernanatomy software (it was working well with PD 10/windows 10 and Yosemite).
Any help?

Hi, thanks, but it doesn't help. After registering we need a special code to use the application, and this one has to be entered in Cybernantomy pop up window...
And my Cyberanatomy software is there :

Thanks for the info, did you ask the Cyberanatomy support about this issue?

Yes, but they told me they couldn't solve that problem...and to ask PD to find it out, as it came with its last update.
