Why do you need a screen shot of my mac !!! I had to open a file with a very important data, and if I had not looked that you send a screen shot of my screen your employees are able to use them !!! where the option to disable sending the report ???
Hi,problem report is generated automatically, but it is sent to us only when you click the "send" button. Unfortunately we cannot disable the automatic report generation, but you can choose and not click "send"
