Windows does not install after upgrade to Parallels 10

Some time ago I had to upgrade Parallels to 10, because my mac was upgraded to Yosemite. After upgrading I wanted to reinstall my windows, but this didnt work because windows thinks I am installing it on a new computer. What can I do to install the Windows I bougth??

The installing proces works, but then it asks for the product key. When I enter the product key of the windows installation cd, the program says that the product key has already been used. And yes, I used it the first time I installed Windows on my computer on the previous parallels version. So now Windows thinks I am installing it on a new computer. Can I somehow tell Windows that this is still the same computer, just an updated virtual machine?

Please try to install Windows as mentioned here and then check if you are able to install Windows without activating it. If yes then please try to activate your Windows on phone by following the steps as mentioned here and please feel free to reach out if the issue still persists.
