    Hi,
Currently on the Parallels 14 day trial and still close to buying it however I keep having an issue with a Windows 7 VM this is making me think otherwise.

I've had to recover this VM 4 times now and have to rely on auto snapshots every 2 hours as it randomly decides to just remove .sys files and fail booting. I will also usually get a notification in Windows stating that xyz is corrupt and I need to run a check disk (which always finds errors and fixes them).

The VM/disk sits on my MBPr SSD so I can't understand why it's happening. Annoyingly I can't find any support options on the trial so can't log a call direct.

Are there any best practices on running a VM on the SSD? I've never had this issue with Fusion.

    Many thanks in advance

    Hi,
Thanks for the reply. I can't seem to do this as I don't have a support code on a trial account (unless I'm being stupid). Does the trial come with support?
