Yeah desktop, you enter the search engine (using the Windows shortcut key combination + C) then enter keywords Firewall, and select Windows Firewall.

What I meant is, do I need to have the Windows Firewall enabled since Mac is providing protection?

Yes, you need to have the FIrewall enabled, but from time to time you can disable it (in order to connect some internal network for example).
