I am attempting to upgrade my PD9 to PD11 Pro, and the payment page claims a cost of $63.48 with tax. However, the state is Oregon that doesn't have sales tax, online or otherwise. Anyone have any experience with this? Or know of a way to get real support out of Parallels?
