I have Upgraded Activation Code and Old Activation Code but will not accept

I upgraded on 2/8/15 to Parallels 10 for Mac. I paid for the upgrade. My computer crashed and I so did my Time Machine AT THE SAME TIME. So, I am reinstalling everything from scratch. I put in my Upgraded Activation Code and then it asked for my old code which I have from a disc. It will not accept it. Yes....it did check the numbers many times to make sure that they are in correctly. I have already spent hours reinstalling software. I really need this program. How do I "prove" that I bought an upgrade and I have an old disc. I can send emails and a scan of my disc that I got when I first installed Parallels years ago.

Hi, I've checked your Parallels Desktop license key and found only the Parallels Desktop 7 and 4 keys.
Could you pleas provide us with your Parallels Desktop 10 key for checking?
