upgrade parallel desktop from 8 to 11 activation key problem ?

Hello,
i just download the latest upgrade for parallel desktop (11.0.2) and i upgrade from 8 version to 11
but when i'm trying enter my previous version key for activation, its not working...
i have 2 keys
key form the first time i buy parallel desktop 6 version
and another from an upgrade i made to version 8
and none of them is working... please advice ? i cant activate my product ?
for now i'm using the 14 days trial...
please advice ?

Hi RonN1, According to our licensing policy, an upgrade to Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac is supported from the following versions only:
Parallels Desktop 9 for Mac
Parallels Desktop 9 for Mac Upgrade
Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac
Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac Upgrade
If your previous version key is for Parallels Desktop 8 or earlier, please visit the Parallels Online Store to purchase a full license for Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac:
Please refer to this article to install and upgrade to Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac.
 
Hi, I face the same problem here ..
is there any chance to exchange my upgrade license to full license? I just bought this upgrade license today, and there is no warning at all when I clik button upgrade. Please Help

Hello, I've come across the same problem. I have bought the upgrade to Parallels 11 from the original installation of Parallels 8. Ive entered in both the upgrade key and the original key and no prompts allow me to activate the product. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Parallels, i just bought an upgrade to version 11 but i have installed version 8. I don't know about restrictions with upgrading (to 11 only from 9 an 10). What i should do? I don't want to pay twice for version Full. Please help. Thanks a lot.

Hey guys, here`s another one who made this mistake and bought an upgrade of parallels 11 but has only a parallels 8 key, would be nice if anyone can help me with it :)

Hi,
I have Parallels 7 and just updated my OS X to El Capitan.... I guess I need a new full version of version11. But my problem is the data/software I used in my earlier version 7... is it gone or restored when I update/download version11?
