Hello, I am an engineer tasked to virtualize Mac OS environments. I require more information on
    -performance
    -recommended Mac Pro build

The base setup will be 4 (or more) virtual machines on a Mac Pro
    - Three machines will be designated build environments
    - One machine will be a application machine (multiple remote connections)

    Hope you can help
    Carlo

    Hello Carlo1,
you can adjust the number of CPUs and memory assigned for the virtual machine. Note that virtual CPUs and memory do not act the same as the real hardware CPUs and memory installed on a PC or Mac
If you're not sure if the application you want to run on the virtual machine requires more than one CPU, test it with one CPU assigned for the virtual machine. If your virtual machine is slow, try with two or more CPUs.
Stay within the recommended memory range for most cases. More memory assigned for the virtual machine will not always make it faster.
Please refer to this article and let us know how it works.

    Hello Paul Chris,
Thank you for your reply. What I was looking for was a recommendation of which Mac Pro would be able to run the above Parallels setup.
Currently there are two Mac Pro machines available: http://www.apple.com/shop/buy-mac/mac-pro
Which one of these machines will be able to run the above?
    Regards
    Carlo

Dear Carlo1, Both Mac Pro Quad-Core and Dual GPU and 6-Core and Dual GPU are supported in Parallels Desktop 11 Pro edition and you can get maximum performance. We would recommend you to buy advanced one that is 6-Core and Dual GPU for better performance.

    Thanks Paul Chris,
I noticed that the Mac Pros on offer on the Mac Store have a HDD capacity limit of 1Tb. This is not enough for our purposes. Build machines need large and fast HDD and having three machines will need at least 1Tb each. I will contact apple for more info. Thanks for your help
    Regards
    Carlo
