Help for Disk issue

Hello everybody.
I am kind of a new mac user.
And I downloaded Parallels to use windows for some reason.
After some tryouts Finally I installed windows and all of the programs that I need.
Then I realize that there are lots of things that I don't know how to delete or repair but I am 100% sure that they are happened while I am installing the parallels virtual machine becouse of the names ofc.
I would be glad if you help me.
The computer is macbook pro retina btw.

Hi Burakk2, From the screenshot it looks like you have tried to install Windows Virtual Machine numerous times. Kindly follow the steps given below:
1. Remove all the Virtual Machines.
2. Download Windows 10 ISO file here.
3. Install Windows using the ISO file by referring to this article and check how it goes.

There is only one Virtual machine which is windows 10 that I downloaded from the same link that you give.
I have a lot of important files on windows virtual machine. Are there any way to keep them while removing the virtual machine?

Hey BurakK2, You can keep the virtual machine if there are important files.
Locate the Windows PVM file and check its size.
In Finder, right click and eject all the Windows Hard Disk from the Sidebar.
Restart Mac and double click on Windows pvm file and check if the issue persists.
 
BurakK2, you DO NOT need to uninstall or delete anything.
Why not click on these elements and choose "Remove from side bar"
I believe this link was created because of Sharing setup in your VM.
Please check VM configuration -> Options->Sharing->Share Windows elements
 
I am not sure that right click and remove it from the side bar will be enough for removing them from the computer. There might be some files left. What do you think ?

Hello BurakK2,
The drives you see on the Finder's sidebar are your Virtual Machine's virtual hard disk. They are merely shared on the Finder so that you can have access to the Virtual Machine files and folders. You can get rid of them from the Finder by following the solution provided by mmika to remove them from sidebar. Also you can customize the sharing features as mentioned in this page.
